Pathogenesis
Gene mutation is the pathogenesis of this disease, and mutation site determines lesion site.
Clinical manifestation
Skin fragility increases, skin layering will be caused just by gentle friction on skin, and tension vesicle, erosion and escharosis are usually formed within minutes. The cicatrix is usually atrophic in most cases.
Therapeutic measures
There is no particularly effective therapeutic method at the time. The important point is to prevent mechanical injury and infection.
